Refund Policy

GamRealty refunds the cost of the flight ticket (economy class, return flight).
Maximum ticket refund cap limited to one ticket: $1000.
Refund processed upon completion of the property purchase (full payment or signed sales agreement + initial deposit, depending on your preference).

Proof Required

Valid flight ticket and boarding pass in buyer’s name.
Travel must occur within 3 months prior to the purchase date.

Exclusions

Offer not valid for resale properties, only new units from the listed developments.

Other Conditions

Only one refund per property purchase (regardless of number of co-buyers travelling).
